About HDCC & Disclaimer
Harmon Disability Claim Control (HDCC) is an interactive operational decision-support tool for disability case-management staff working SSDI/SSI claims.
What HDCC is
- • A guided, branching pathway through each claim stage.
- • A pointer to required actions, documentation, and follow-ups.
- • A reference hub for official SSA/DDS resources.
- • A tool to help staff identify immediate-action situations.
What HDCC is not
- • Not a substitute for SSA/DDS official requirements.
- • Not legal advice or a replacement for professional judgment.
- • Not a claimant database — it stores no case records.
- • Not affiliated with or endorsed by the Social Security Administration.
No sensitive claimant information
HDCC is not designed to collect or store claimant names, Social Security numbers, dates of birth, addresses, medical records, or other sensitive claimant information. Enter only non-identifying operational information. Do not enter PII or sensitive case information into any field.
